I am so happy!
My desktop has no recycle bin on it now!
When I select a file, and press the DEL key the file actually deletes, without any “NAG” screen second guessing my actions!
My start menu has no recent documents or search on it!!!
OMG My desktop is… well… MY DESKTOP!!! it is mine now!!!
the above link is really cool! there are ways to tweak everything! even to make the start button have what ever name you want on it!!
If you don’t want to manually do some of the actions there is actually a tool from micro$oft called tweakUI, it gives you allot more control over your own system…it is probably the safest way to do things… but if there is not a way in Tweak UI check out the above link on ways to manually do it…

BTW, you can really screw up your system by editing your registry manualy… Do this at own risk… and double check syntax before you save… 1 typo can really ruin your day.
