Can anyone tell me how to make a square turntable? I set doc at 1200x1200 but the movie small, medium, large tie into monitor resolution 1280x1024 and so on.And how do you make it loop?

You need to turn on the Movie>Doc button. The turntable will then just show the document canvas, which if you’ve resized to square will reflect that. (The default option is Movie>Window which records the whole ZBrush window, including the interface.)
I don’t think you can loop ZBrush movies but you can if you export as MOV format.
