Hey all,

Im trying to do a pretty simple turntable with turntable plus but Im having some difficulty. I want to do a 180’ turntable starting with a profile close up of the face and then rotate and zoom out so that the full character is shown, without doing a full 360’ turntable. Im using the start, mid and stop keys but no matter what I do, it keeps doing a full turntable.
Ive tried to follow the intro video to turntable plus but cant seem to get it to work.

Should I adjust the spin frames at all?

Adjusting the Spin Frames changes the speed of the turntable. In order to render less than 360 degrees using Turntable Plus you need to set Spin Cycles to 0. The plugin then uses the rotation you set with the Start, Mid and Stop buttons (though note that turns greater than 180 will probably result in the turntable going the other way!). For a simple half turn you don’t need the Mid button. If you load the attached Turntable Plus file you’ll be able to see the effect (make sure you have a model in Edit mode before hitting Render Movie).
