I’ve tried everything I can think of, but no matter what I do, its always on by default. 
I’ve tried storing new UI’s, new startupdocuments, etc. This with no avail, so Im asking here if anyone know a way to turn it off. Its driving me mad, since the default.cfg can’t be edited in notepad or anything similar Im kinda stuck right now.
Anyways, any help appreciated.
