I would like to know if there is a clean way to render a turn around in 1920 per 1080 pixels (for instance) since the resolution of the turntable plugin is restricted.

Make sure you adjust your video output scale (100%) to be what you want in your movie settings.
I am assuming after re-reading my post that you’re looking for something that you can key similar to turntable plus.
