Hi does anyone have an idea why a tool saved from version 2 would crash version 3.12 when i try to open it? Im working on a mac.

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, it’s possible that the model uses features that have changed too dramatically in 3.2. This sometimes happened with ZSpheres, for example. In that case you would need to export from 2 as an OBJ and then import into 3.2.
that’s wierd considering I just bought 3.12 YESTERDAY! Why dont you guys just sell 3.2? why sell 3.12 still?

3.2 is an update and uses version 3.12’s registration. For that reason, 3.12 must be installed and activated before 3.2 can run. You must also not delete the 3.12 folder, or version 3.2 will stop working.
