trouble with topology

Hi guys,
I’m having some problems with my topology among others,and hope you can help me a little…
My mesh is confuse,and don’t know how to fix this… in the horns next the head, difficult holes to close,any sugestion?
I’ve ben trying several times to retopologize it,without success…

I wish to make the low poly to open the mesh,so paint over the uvw map…

I’ve been trying to put my hi mesh to low with zspheres projection,but the result is that show in the image,so,if anybody have some tip to solve this,I will be gratefull…

another question is about the mask tool resolution,when I mask my model,even in a highest level,there are some sharpen edges…
is there a way to fix this?
please help me my friends…
