Trouble with texturing in polypaint?

Hi!. I am still new with this. I have daz v6 and v6 hd. I export them from my modeling software as obj to edit in zbrush. I use polypaint to texture my model. I unwrap it as well. but even after i create texture map from polypaint i still get this problem here http://i568.photobucket.com/albums/ss123/therainlivez/v6hdhead.png

when i tried to unwrap i even have tried to remove the extra materials that are in the way there, but it makes it even worse. can someone please help me please? im extremely confused

what i’m guessing is you have more than one UV tile. in other words, a part of the model has it’s own UVs and other parts have their own.
if that’s the case then you have to make a texture for each part that has it’s own UVs.

you can go to “polygroups”, click on “UV group”, then make only one group visible and then do “new from polypaint”.
it that was the issue, you will get a clean texture for that part.
