this is a great tribute, and has a lot of your style… yes, painterly working, i often do that too, when deciding early on the view of final image. to me, it makes better concentration on what will be seen, i easily get bored if i have do do a lot of detail, is this why you work painterly as well? or is other motivation?

First of course you have to understand the basic concepts of anatomy. Without this knowledge is also
abstract art is not possible. The great " Bammes " I’ve always beside me.
But I miss the possibility of the eye and the brain to make themselves a picture.
If each pore is already hyper realistic since then remains no room for the imagination.
I like hyper-realistic models.
But they have no to teach history, but are pure end in itself.
A mind flood. And there are so many of them that you can very quickly forget.
Something very precisely to sing is not so exalted.
But with heart and soul and a few small discords creates a masterpiece.
