That is not a recovery request code. It’s an activation request code. As long as time remains on the trial version’s grace period, simply use the “Activate Later” option. Once the grace period is over, that’s it. There is no way to run the trial version on that computer again.

Well It is working fine on my laptop I downloaded the trial with another email addy today and had fun but its not my sli rig with all the memory and, well you know. Anyway I would still appreciate help I dont know why I can open and close it the way im suposed to on the laptop but had the error msg the second time I went to open it on my desktop. please help. THANKS
Did I miss something? how come I cant get any help. Im actually going to buy the license for this product but I need some help here with this trial while im still making up my mind about it. Ive put in a ticket on pixologic and posted here two times about how the demo only worked once on my desktop. Whats the problem is someone on vacation?

It was working so good untill something happened and everytime I ran zbrush it gave the license error and has me uninstall and delete the pixologic folder then reinstall. After that it would run correctly the first use and then the same problem trying to open it the second time. Now after 4 or so rounds of that it is telling me the activation code is expired and to contact pixologic for a new one.
Please help I wanna get back to my study of this product. thanks

The trial version of 3.1 is no longer available and is not supported anymore.
At this time we do not have a trial of ZBrush. I do not have information for when one might be made available. If you wish to be notified when a new trial is released, please sign up for the email or RSS news feed at http://support.pixologic.com. An announcement will be made when the next trial version comes out.
