Much appreciate the new Transpose Tools, they make much more sense to me now. 
However now I can’t figure out how to Move a tool as a whole. using the Move tool I am deforming the Tool but not able to move the Tool as a whole with no deformation.
Any help is appreciated.
Clear any masking and use the middle white circle of the move transpose line

There’s a quick way without the need to use the Transpose line: press ‘W’ for Move mode, hold Alt and then click+drag on the mesh.
