transpose master

hi,when i make a transpose mesh with transpose master and i want to move
all:body and its jean for example: just the jean moves. I don’t understand why.Thanks for your answer. Image 4.jpg

looks like you have a mask on the character.

tool>masking>clear
then try to move both.

I have this same problem, but i have areas i want to mask off and selecting multiple subtools. but it only selects one subtool and hides all my other tools? can some one please explain the steps?
