Transpose Master Problems

Hey all,
first time post i do believe, but long time lurker. Im posting because i’m having problems with transpose master. the video below shows my problem, may have to use the link here http://s271.photobucket.com/albums/jj135/sub_roland/?action=view&current=TransposeHelp.flv ,after i launch the plugin i do some random pose and then click the tpose->subt button and it scales some subtools was wondering if anyone could help out, or point me to a thread that has the answer. Thanks

For your model with subtools, in the Tool>Export submenu set the Scale slider to 1, and the XYZ Offsetts sliders to 0. Do this for all subtools. (If you have SubTool Master installed, the Scale/Offset option will do this automatically.)
Then try transferring in the pose.
