Transpose master problem ! T-pose mesh dissapearing

hey guys i´m working with ZB4r5 right now and my transpose master is acting really weird.

When i am done with setting up the rig for the character and hit bind mesh and try to pose the char. the t-pose mesh just disappears and i am left with the z-sphere rig.

any ideas what could have went wrong ?

How many polygons does the combined mesh have? You can tell by selecting the tool with a name beginning ‘TPose’ in the Tool palette and checking the Active Points. If it has a lot of polygons then that may be the problem - zsphere rigging won’t work well with more than about 200,000 polygons.

the model has around 500.000 polygons already with decimation master  but it should work something is real fed here.
i send the question allready to pixologic support… well see what they say

Triangles, which are produced when using Decimation Master, can cause issues with ZSphere rigs. You will be able to pose the model OK if you don’t use the ZSphere Rig option in Transpose Master.

ok so i would pose the char. with masking the t-pose mesh or what ? Could u send me a tutorial about that ? would be real helpfull

i tried it on ma own don’t look so well how can i actually fix the model that there isn’t an issue with the transpose master anymore

It’s probably best if you load your model into a clean project and then start over creating a new TPose mesh to pose. Then you would use masking and the Transpose line to pose, like here:
