Transfer the high-resolution problem

Hi guys,

this is my first post, so I hope this is the right place, I'm new in zbrush, I learned just from a few tutorial online. Now I have this problem, I'm modeling my 3d king in high poly, I did the mesh in maya and export it in obj for zbrush, during the sculpting in zbrush I wanted to change the low poly mesh little bit, so I decided to change in maya a few details. When I import the new mesh in zbrush, it asks me if I want transfer the high-resolution to the new mesh, if I choose yes the mouth and eyes borders... look at my pictures below:

Could be because the mesh at the mouth and eyes is not closed?
An now how I can fix it?

Most likely. Certain surfaces require special settings for projection to work right. You can adjust these settings ahead of time using the Tool>SubTool menu, where you’ll find modifiers next to the Project All button.
