transfer prefs, hotkeys, etc

Hey guys,

How would one go about transferring your zbrush preferences, hotkeys, ui configuration, etc. from one version of zbrush to another? I’m sure there has to be a better way of going about it beside setting all of that up again by scratch (or at least I hope so, heh).

Obviously, I’m going from zbrush 4 to 4R2…

To transfer Hotkeys…

  1. Copy the ZStartup/HotKeys/StartupHotkeys.txt from Z4 to Z4R2 folder.

To Transfer UI…

  1. Launch Z4R2.
  2. Click Preferences:Config:Load Ui and locate the ZStartup/customUserInterface35.cfg located in the Z4 folder.
  3. Click Preferences:Config:Store Config
