TPoseMesh Issues

Hello, I searched through the forum and could not find anything about this so I am hoping somebody can help me out with it. I am trying to Tpose my mesh so I can pose him for a scene. Everything goes fine going to the TPose. However, when I go from TPose>SubT I get a message about the Geo changed, once I click either yes or no, it then goes through my ztools and pretty much screws the entire body mesh up. I can then undo what it did and my mesh goes back to normal. It does this no matter if I move the mesh or not. Attached is a image of the message along with what it does with my mesh. Thanks ahead of time for any help.

For some reason the points are being re-ordered with the result that you see. The most likely explanation is that one of the subtools has a stray vertex. You can check the mesh integrity by pressing Tool>Geometry>Check Mesh. If all your subtools are OK when you test them then I would need to take a look at the model to see if I can find the problem.
