TPose - Normals Flipped

Having an issue that I have not encountered before - when I go into TPose mesh from highest or lowest subd level i have one subtool that has its normals flipped - see image for the normals being fipped inside of TPose mesh (merged) and normals correct (expanded) in subtool mode.

I`m not sure if it helps, but what happens if you press “Flip” in the Display Properties palette?

Heh, that was the first thing I tried, but it does just what you would expect (not what I hoped for) - flips the normals on the incorrect subtool correct and all the rest of the subtools incorrect - I wish it would have been that easy, lol. Thanks for the suggestion though:).
