This is my personal project which I have made 2 years ago using concept art.
This character is totally game-ready character, it is under 14K tris and the total days I took for this character is 8 days which include high-poly, low-poly, retopology, UVs, layout, and baking normal maps.
All the details are hand sculpted in Zbrush, skinning is done in Zbrush through surface and skin alpha. Hair is just added for the look and feel and they are fiber mesh from ZBrush. Rendered in Zbrush using BPR.
