Topology

I have retoped my head sculpt and I have these big glitches in the mesh.
I have tried to smooth them out but they are so bad they wont smooth.
Any tips on getting rid of these?

There’s no way to help without knowing if the errors are caused by projection or by problems with the new topology itself. Since we can’t see the topology you’ve created, we can’t know what the answer might be.
