Topology bug

Hello Zbrush community,

I used Topology Tool for my project that worked fine in my Zbrush 4r6 before but it doesn’t work right now. First of all, I clicked Zremesher to lower from high to low poly gaundlet model. Next I set up Topology to create small two belt on it before I press and hold Alt then click twice on it for removing it and keep my two belt which I planned to sculpt on. I don’t understand what’s happening with problem Topology that won’t let me remove it and keep them. Could it be bug ?

I uninstall old version of Zbrush 4r4 and 4r5 which aren’t necessary for me to use anymore so I keep continuing to use 4r6 all the time. I also turn off Anti-virus auto protect before I uninstall and reinstall 4r6 patch 2 to fix topology but doesn’t work. I have no idea how to fix it since I have been researched through google to find some answers to solve my issues but no luck. I checked out with Auto Update that doesn’t show up any new updates to fix up bugs since I upgraded 4r5 to 4r6 last June 2013 so I wonder when they will come up this July 2014 or later.

Anyone know how to fix it if possible, I would like to know your comment to help me to solve it. Have you experienced with problem Topology before like this issues?

I found other way to resolve problem Brush Topology today since I didn’t understand what was problem with clicking twice on the mesh to be deleted and let me to keep other mesh was not working last night. The Solution is when you use Brush Topology to create and edit wireframe of the mesh on the other mesh such as hard surface or body skin, you simply click split to parts tool to separate mesh you keep for sculpting from other mesh you can delete in the subtool. I’m still learning how to use zbrush tool and technique.
