toon/cel shader help

Hello all,

I’m trying to replicate a shader that basically looks like this

but haven’t really been able to get that nice line drawing look with the cast shadow.

maybe someone knows what’s going on a little more and can help or point to a right direction?

I found it extremely helpful. It was done by one of our fellow ZBrusher’s Pablander (also tutorial mentioned in this thread on page 29 #431 http://www.zbrushcentral.com/showthread.php?178047-Dynamesh-sketchbook&p=1156952&viewfull=1#post1156952. It may help you achieve what you are looking for.
