I have searched the forums but but can’t seem to find this issue mentioned. Apologies if it has been noted before.
When re-topologising with Edit Topology, The edited object transformations no longer work. The tool can not be rotated to see the other side.
The strange thing is, that this is an issue for a colleague in his copy of ZBrush but not in my copy.
Both are ZBrush 3.5r3.

I’m not really following what you’re describing here. 
Sorry, I’ll try and be clearer.
When a zsphere is being used to retopo, The move, scale and rotate no longer work.
This is for a bound mesh or an appended ZSphere.
It’s like it has been dropped to the canvas and no longer moves while “Edit Topology” is turned on.
Once “edit” topology is turned off again, the “edited object transformations” (I think thats what they’re refered to in the on line wiki??) Work again.
