Too high resolution?

I have a problem :confused: I’ve been sculpting some figure for many many hours, but instead of sculpt it in higher subdividion levels, I’ve been sculpting in 1st using DynaMesh to bring resolution to 128. Now I have problem, because when I’m trying to pose it using Zspheres, instead of bend softly it creates some kind of faults. I think it’s because resolution is too high, when i tried it with resolution 20 instead of 128 it worked perfectly. But I don’t want to waste so many hours to drop it to low res, then create subdivision levels and sculpt it all one more time. So there is my question: Is there anyway to copy all i have in 1st level, divide it 2 or 3 times, paste there, then drop back to 1st, lower the resolution, so that i have my original sculpt on 3rd or 4th level and very simplified version on the first level.
