TOMIE – A HAUNTING BEAUTY
Inspired by the iconic character created by Junji Ito — Tomie, I reimagined this figure through my own interpretation, aiming to capture her essence: seductive, cold, and something that feels… not quite of this world.
Tomie is more than just a horror character — she represents a dangerous kind of beauty, one that draws people in even when they know the consequences. I wanted to convey that feeling through every sculpted detail: her gaze, expression, and overall bust form.
This model was created in ZBrush with a focus on:
• Strong proportions and clean forms
• Facial and hair details
• A balance between artistic expression and real-world printability
This is also a project I invested significant time in to ensure it works well both for rendering and 3D printing.
