Intel Core2 CPU 6300 @ 1.86 GHZ ,1GB RAM, NVIDIA GeForce 8400 GS
will my computer be able to go above 6 subdivision levels? without getting stuck?
Hey there,
just go to Preferences/Mem and check the max polycount per Object. That numbers is the maximum amount of Polys you can have on 1 Subtool.

u just can’t tell the max subdivision lvl because its in relation to the polycount on the first lvl. I hardly suggest u to get more ram. It doesnt cost much and it will make a big difference in the max polycount your computer can handle.
