To UV or not to UV?

Hello to all!!
For the past 2 days I was building a head mesh in cinema4d which now I want to take to zbrush for further editing.
The questions is this. When is the right time to make UV’s for my model?
Now or after I finish editing in Zbrush?

I’d say depends on how much editing you have in mind :slight_smile: If you’re just adding details you can unwrap your model now - if your intention is to go crazy and stretch the mesh a lot, better unwrap it later - you can always update the uvs with zbrush just by importing the uvd version on top of the un-uvd one no probs [as long as you don’t cut the mesh for unwraping and therefore change the point order]
