Tile-able Sculpting?

Quick question…is there a way to do tile-able sculpting in zbrush? See attached concrete test. I’d like whatever happens on the left side to automatically meet on the right side and vice versa.

I know this can be done with a 2D image with “Edit” off and then with the tilda key you can slide your offsets. Can this be done with a 3D sculpt somehow?

While I have your attention, maybe I can ask another question?

I have simple planar mapping set up…are there any UV editing features in zbrush to allow me to scale up the UVs? The subdivisions seem to have messed up my original UVs a bit.
