Thragor, the Forsaken Dragonbane
Thragor is an original real-time character developed entirely from concept to final presentation. The project was initially inspired by the work of @gustavomedeiros.art and influenced by the visual direction of franchises such as God of War, Warcraft, and Diablo.
This was my first character created specifically for games and one of the most technically demanding projects I have undertaken. The goal was to execute a full production-ready pipeline while strengthening each stage of the real-time character workflow.
The entire character was developed over the course of nearly a year during spare time, focusing on achieving a strong balance between visual fidelity and game-ready efficiency. Final presentation was rendered in Marmoset Toolbag.
