At a new job not quite 3D but want to maximize lunch break, this graphics card good enough to run Zbrush?

4GB ram, Pentium Dual Core E5500 and Intel® G41 Express Chipset…

Unlike most 3d software Zbrush uses very little if any graphics card power. It primarily utilizes your processor and ram. So in short, yes that should work fine with zbrush.
