Sometimes I do not get a clear answer once in a while.
And to that support might be busy, time zone is may be because different.

How big is the file you’re trying to open?
how much RAM do you have?
Which version of Zbrush are you using?
What OS?
What are your preference.memory settings at?
Because I thought it was troublesome,
I used the previous data, it was resolved somehow.
