I got an error with some garbage on screen the first time I tried to activate zBrush4.

When I tried again I got:

This license key has already been activated for this machine.
To send another copy of the activation key, please click the button below.
If I do this, I get an:
There was an error emailing your activation key.
Please try again.
In the top line of the page I can see this:Warning: mail() [function.mail]: Could not execute mail delivery program ‘/usr/sbin/sendmail -t -i’ in /home/regadmin/public_html/activation/opt/resend.php on line 75
If I try again I get the same result and of course no EMail so far… :frowning:

Just keep trying about once each five minutes. (No more often than that, please.)

Eventually it will give your activation code on the web page, which you can copy and paste into ZBrush.

It will not deduct additional activations from your account. The system recognizes that this is the same computer that you’ve previously attempted.

I am having the same problem.
Had to reinstall ZB4 after my Windows 7 system wouldn’t boot properly after installation. Recovered my registry from a system backup, reinstalled ZB4 used same activation key as before but rejected saying license already registered.

Now nearly 23:00 and I’ve given up trying to get a new activation key after more than a dozen attempts - very frustrating. Cannot run the ZB4 deactivation script because ZB4 is not activated - catch 22 - very frustrating.

Any help would be appreciated.

I’m having the same thing happen.
Doesn’t matter if I’m using Firefox does it?
Will keep trying but is annoying as I just want to play with my new toy :cry:
