wow this is really cool! Love the design and his resting position.

Awesome.

One thing though, the watch kinda throws me off a bit. I didn’t notice it at first, but once I did it felt a bit out of place, IMO.

Never the less, impressive, inspiring stuff!

Excellent! It’s really funny, I really like the way the proportions work, and a very good design of his gear.
I too would take that watch off though.
The only real critique that I have is that the tail of the bird needs some more work to get to the amazing standard of the rest of the sculpt.

Kansuke - frikin fantastic. This is one of my favourite pieces I have seen on ZBC for a very long time. Brilliant character design.

I will keep my eye on this thread and hope to learn a thing or two from you.

here are some shots of the wanderer in his “A-pose”. Originally I had a mustache and sideburns for him, but for some reason couldnt decide weather to keep them or not- I chose to leave them out for fear that maybe they would detract from his face a bit.wanderer_alone.jpg

hey Kansuke, glad you left off the facial hair. It looks better without in this case. As I said before I think this model is great. I would also say that, as I look at the top row at the moment, this has far more potential so keep working at it and finish it off with a nice render.

What do you mean? Yeah, I invision it painted and rendered, however, I am trying to get my reel together so I dont know if I’ll have time.
