This is a likeness of Maggie Greene(Lauren Cohan) from the walking dead TV series.

You need to revisit the likeness. CUrrently you did just a symmetrical face. You need to break that up. Also the iris are too small and you didnt nail the nose yet.
Likeness is tricky but you can just revisit your current model and get to it.
