THE RiSiNG (eva 01 head)

This is easier than you think.
First import your model as you did.
Then in ZBrush divide it 3 times without “SMT” then keep dividing WITH “SMT” and it will do it.
I don’t know if Seb used this way but it works for me.

Hey
@danko75, thank you so much for that, this is what I was looking for! Works like a charm!

@M i c h e l, I have tried that, but the thing here is that you want only parts of the mesh to get hard edges and some other parts really smoothed. If you take a look at the top of the part of the geometry, this needs to be really smoothed (with your method these get hard edges as well).

thanks for your replies!

@holto, good points there!

I’ve made my base meshs for the pilars that will support the 2 models.
Same base, just reversed.
I’m gonna lower the upper part…
The black spots on the helmets highlights overlapping faces that needs to be fixed.

The pillars has to be detailed the same way than the helmet…

REaltime in max:

holy shiets its gona be great!!!:rage:

woohoo - it’s gonna be pretty sweet when done - r you printing it later?

Yes, I still have to contact ownage when its finished to discuss about the technical aspect, mainly the size, thin floating elements and $$$

can’t wait to see what you have to say on that and see it all displayed.

whatever size you print it at its going to be sweeeet!

OK!!! Now it all makes sense!!!

Now I see the layout I’m really looking forward to seeing the finished products!

Ok luck in the final stages Seb!

Nice base, love the idea with the platform and the fence around it, gives a nice sense of scale.

Good luck with the final stages! I hope you wont run into technical issues and that the $$ part wont hurt too much!

I’m totally in love with this project. Making my own design in zbrush based on Eva and Gears of war type . Weird mix, but the organic parts fi in so well, more vicious and primal.
This is very inspiration and well done!!!

So did you ever finish this Seb?

Yeah, I’m curious about that too. Would love to see a staus update

Looking good man, can’t wait to see it finished!

Same here waiting to see the final, and did you move production to ZB4.

wow, fantastic work

I’m totally in love with this project. nice nice job !! great keep working.

Long time no see, I had some time to work on my project.
Not beeing able to see the interior was bothering me, so I decided to slice the upper parts.
This has been made easyer with the help of Goz, I could keep most of my details and chage the topology in same time.

fantastic dude … :+1:
