I am thinking of buying an imac and wonder if the cheapest or the one above works good for zbrushing? Only had PC before.
Hoping someone knew the how good these models works.

The lower one should be fine. Ram is what helps Zbrush the most. I’d try and upgrade to 8gigs of Ram, if possible. Just buy the Ram from somewhere other than Apple, you’ll save LOTS of $$$ that way.

Would the cheapest with 4 gb of ram work to start with? or should i buy more instantly?

If you can buy more then do so, but you’d be surprised what you can accomplish in Z with as little as 4 gigs! Four should be enough to get you started.
Edit: Just by way of example - I started in Z with the 2.5 release and a laptop with only 500 MEGS of RAM and was able to get along just fine until I upgraded to a whole 2gigs a year later. :lol: So, my point is, like I said, that you should be able to at least get up and running for a while on 4 gigs.
