The Maw of Eternal Hunger - Digital Sculpture
I sought to sculpt a manifestation of primordial dread, where anatomy is stretched beyond the limits of nature and transformed into a vessel of anguish. The elongated maw and emaciated physique were conceived to evoke a sense of insatiable hunger, as though the creature exists in a perpetual state of torment and yearning.
My work often gravitates towards the fragile boundary between the organic and the grotesque, exploring how distortion can reveal deeper psychological truths. Through exaggerated forms and anatomical tension, I endeavour to create beings that feel both terrifyingly alien and disturbingly familiar.
This sculpture reflects my fascination with fear as a visual language; every wrinkle, cavity, and sinew is intended to suggest a history of suffering, survival, and relentless transformation.
