Nice work! i like the realistic feeling but still artistic compo. All fibers with FiberMesh?
The only thing i miss there are the EyeLashes maybe in IMM repository you can find some tools to help with that;)

Yes, all fibers with FiberMesh. Ah…EyeLashes…I forgot it…haha…

I Render it in BPR and BPR Filters. With little modify in PS at last.
And also I`m learning about render and fibers in Zbrush.
