Playing around a bit with bodies again tonight…had a quick vision of a reptilish/salamandarian type of a thing-a-ma-bob…and this was the result so far…I still want to go back and add more to the body, but used this fleshier trial image to see where I was/am going with it…and used one of my It’s Alive heads as a placeholder for it’s noggin…

Well I took the body a little further and pulled a head from the main model so it is one piece cept the eyes and teeth…gave him more of a young gillman look…I thumbnailed the second image to make it easier on the main thumbnail gallery…but the collage fo creatures is different light settings and mats and render adjustments…there were more but I figured this was enough…thnx for looking and please don’t be afraid to give some 121 and C and C…it’s always appreciated…even if something totally sux…helps me to get back on track…

Much better with the new head Ron. You’re getting there. Maybe you should try to get a bit more definition on the base mesh… so that his (her?) limbs don’t look so soft. See what I mean? Keep working

I like the red version, he has character there…he still looks like a young…whatever he is…kinda like he is scared of his own shadow or reflection in the water. I think he has some great potential and definitely some body work will help define his character more. I like the oversized hands and feet…use that to feed off the look…kinda like a pup trying to learn and come to terms with those big ass paws he hasn’t quite grown into yet kind of thing.
I’d really like to see ya take this one all the way!!!
The first image is a really good render, but in the compo, i think you must play a little with the contrast of the small monsta, it´s like a photoshop retouch.
