Hi there, I have posted this is charater in other forums but is the fist time I post here, it was mainly done using xsi 6 photoshop and zbrushfor the textures and organic parts.

nice design and great metal texture and shade
the one thing really bug me is the metal look all the same
u should add more color/dirt/crack/blood to the metal surface
but…overall…top row for sure:D

I will pick a bare knuckle fist fight with any individual that comes up with a criticism of this! Not really, but ^&(&%*#@^!&^!!! Whoa! I’m speechless…
Of course, I love all of the many renders, but as the smart @$$ I am, I dig the last one where he’s giving the robotic middle finger! I would pay for that on 5 different color t shirts! This looks great amongst the barren city as well. Needless to say, good work! Needless to say, top row, damnit!
On the image next to the one where he’s flipping us off, is that a 2d sketch or a 3d sketch render? My definite guess is it’s a sketch because of the differences in the model. Since it almost has to be, props on the similarity achieved by modeling, and many props on your drawing skillz as well…
I would love to see that render in the city environment as a wallpaper
