Just exploring some idea’s about the borderline between organic and mechanical forms…i hope to create some sort of anatomical/mechancal renders that look like a mix between industrial and medical illustrations…that should keep me at work

Very nice! Looks like the metalized organic objects prepared for electron microscopy. Metal is vaporized and condenses on organic matter which then can resist the electron beam for visualization.

WonderFull Jantim especial those textures…did you make them yourself?
I think I saw somewhere here in the forums some textures made by you.
Man you make wonderfull stuff!
Watubu
wow amazeing concept and delevery i hope to someday become one tenth that great with 3d modeling and textureing
good work jantim!
I would like to see some little variations in the Materials.

Bonitas composiciones y muy sugerentes. Viéndolas he tenido una idea.
Gracias.
Nice concept, and great textures… I particularly like the top one.
Keep up the good work
These are very cool!
first one its so cool, second one its good aswell but i dont really like the material.
super nice… As usual Jantim…
The first one is just great… kind of reminds me to meats meiers with all the mechanical stuff going on… Very nice
Nice work Jantim!
Take a look at the intro to Doom3 which uses the idea of a mechano-organic heart. (tho doesn’t look quite so cool as your renders!)
Very Cool bro…

…thanks for your reactions …and to answer some questions: yes, there must be more variation in the renders, at this moment i render one material for every image …i’m not in a final stage yet…i have to find a ballance between the organic and the mechanical…for now just some more mechanical images…

Did you make all that in ZB only? Or did you used another 3D package for the non-organic stuff?
Very Very NICE! I bet it’s ALL Zbrush.
Lemo
its ( almost) all Zbrush…only the “adjusting screw’s” -i believe that’s what you call them- the nozzle like thingie’s, are made in Silo…but they are simple extruded forms … they could easily be made in Zbrush i think, but i’m lazy so…
i have some more organic renders that i like :

My wife says: ‘Just what I was missing’ She is still traumatised by Bas’s Brain Eater 8-). It does look a bit messy 8-).

Great to see you posting images again Jantim. I think I prefer the first two, both for their composition and render quality. The last two seem too pixelated… sorry, pixolated.
You still tweak a mean material
