looks great so far, only thing i can say is work on the cloth more, especially the tie, get that knot. also the hair looks a little rough right now, and the bill of his hat looks very thin. maybe post a higher res image with a better material? help to see whats going on more.

Nice update…I like the Sun Glasses and the reflection. Also good sculpting work on the first post too

The sculpting looks great 
, my only critic is the texture ,it looks to me a bit too bumpy and seems the texture resolution is not quite high res.
