nice work here, he looks a bit younger then I recall from the documentaries, the torso shot looks great, I like the touch the with binoculars and the leather jacket. Then again on the wikipedia page, it shows a younger image…regardless outstanding effort

I remember studying up on Rommel in the past. Definitely one of Germany’s heroes. If Germany had more leaders of his caliber of dignity at that time, there might not have been such a war. He saw himself as a German soldier fighting for Germany and not a Nazi. He did what he could to keep SS out of his ranks because he saw them as fanatics and he burned an order from Hitler to kill all prisoners taken before anyone else could see it. A respectable leader.
