You’ve done it again!

Hi martial, exactly right. 50.

Edit: Hi Jason, we posted at the same time. 50.

All I see Is Charles Foster Kane’s Sled!

Thanks for the smile…appropriately enough over a cup of hot chocolate while I watch new snowflakes fall outside!!

Rosebud?

is this from that “its a Wonderful Life” show? i like that show

have a good one… neat Snow angel Idea :D:+1:

That too, Patton. I think it was Pilou who said my previous sled picture should have been named ‘Rosebud’.

Hi animuts, yeah, I was hoping for one more big snow this year, I may have to rely on Z for that. Notice the weird Z lights I got in the footprints that should be shadows?.

Hi Polaris,…Citzen Kane. 50.

Have a nice week everyone.

Once upon a time in a night, in Xanadu Castle, an alone man died, and in a last breath call “Rosebud”…
Never make better
Wells is a genious!
Pilou

I really like the lighting on this one, Rich. The sled is modeled very well also.
The snow angels are a fantastic touch. If Wells had thought of them, he would have used them, I’m sure…
I’m really digging the feelings of nostalgia that this piece and your christmas store window piece evoke. Great work, Bro!

Dickie

Hi 50’s

Ya know I notice that without noticing it…if that makes sense hahaha…when I first viewed it but dismissed it in the top one as snowflake blurring. Having relooked I see it is in the bottom ones as well without any big snowflakes to cause that plus the roundness of them…very interesting.

Either it was an alien who wanted to create crop circles but found only snow who made those angels or there is something funky going on. Does the material have cavity on? if so am wondering if it is on cavity intensity is in - or + numbers. or is it picking up some light from another source?

I kinda like the first one…alien looking to create crop circles…although could be a real angel eh?

hahaa

Today we got a bit more snow…about 4 inches before it tapered off and got real windy. the wind has beautifully sculpted for the most part a flat pristine snow surface in my front and back yards with the exception of where it must go around things of course.

I am staring at that pristine back yard, much like I did as a kid quite eager to get out of the house and smell fresh air and run free like the wind. I am feeling quite compelled to go out and ruin that pristine back yard before the neighbor kids do with their little snowmobile.

I wanna dive in and do snow angels ahahahahaha…am afraid if I do i won’t be able to get back up hahaha.

it’s hell getting old.:stuck_out_tongue:

Like yikes Scoob, I’m sure one of them blinked.
Nice visual illusion and a lovely idea.

Fella you’ve given me a lovely idea for when our little lad’s older i.e to play “how many of this and that” can he see hidden in the picture.
Little abstracts that he can peruse from his bed.

Although saying that I used to do it with the pattern in the curtains and there was never anything there. Defocussing and staring and the dust floating past your eyes on a sunny morning was another goody.
Not much money in those days.

Misty watercolored memories…

Regards

The Flooze

Well, first my apologies to the following who have posted that I haven’t answered. All of a sudden I couldn’t log on. I would get booted back to the log on screen, so I went though getting a new password and all is fine again.

Frenchy, hi, and yes, Wells was indeed a genious and that is a wonderful classic.

Hi Dickie, thank you. I have used the sled in a few pictures now and am collecting quite a few Zprops. I really try to create a mood in a picture.

Hi aminuts, I’m not sure, it may be be a second light now that you mention it. Not sure if I saved the doc to check. I have seen so many light and shadow wierdness in Z. Don’t be afraid to make a snow angel, or throw a snowball, or get on a swing once in awhile. That kinda thing is what keeps you young.

Hi flooze, when I was home sick from school, I can remember staring at the curtains like that. See ya  And sorry for the late response all. 50.
