Texturing workflow..

Ii’m trying to find a workflow to texturing a creature in Zbrush and doing it entirely in zbrush…I have a few questions about this workflow which I hope someone could give me advice with.

  1. I’m finding a lot of people seem to bring the model out of Zbrush and texture it in Bodypaint… Is this mostly because of the tools being similar to Photoshop?

2.What is the basic workflow for texturing a model in Zbrush? Including the dropping / picking up, switching back and forth. COUld someone give me some tips on this?

  1. I’ve “dropped” my model and done texturing to it… and then “picked it up” and found that much my details are lost… and blurred does anyone know why this might be? Are there certain tools I should stick to when texturing in zbrush? I’ve found that while texturing I get a real 3D look with my brush sometimes as if i’m actually scupting…when i’d rather feel like i’m just painting on my model…

Any advice??
