Texturing Question

Im kinda new to zbrush and i was wondering when you texture something and use absolute black to make that part of the texture transparent is there anyway to export that texture and maintain the alpha state of the black? so i can load it into photoshop and not have to clean up all the black?

I’m not really sure what you mean. Can you give some illustrations of what’s happening?

ok so here is what im talking about:
in zbrush i load a tool, and i masked an area of it and inversed to fill the new selected area with absolute black. absolute black on tool.jpg

Basically with all the examples given in mind, what im need to do is do that same think to textures i make, but instead of me having to delete all the black by hand on complex tool textures i use and make in zbrush, i was wondering if there is a way for textures to be baked out with the black areas ALREADY modified in that way without me having to do it because the results would be much cleaner if i didnt have to alpha texture every black dot by hand.
