Texturing in Zbrush

Hey everyone, I’ve been using Zbrush for a while and really love the tools included. I want to be able to incorporate some texturing into my workflow but I find polypainting a bit limiting as it is dependant on how many polys the mesh has. I’d really like to be able to polypaint and projection paint without the need to subdivide my model loads so that there’s no paint distortion. I also find when using Zapplink that my model has to be subdivded to a really high level before it will produce clean, sharp results. Is there any way around this?

I’d rather keep the texturing in ZBrush and Photoshop if I can, but I find when I’ve subdivided my model to level 5-6 (also with 7-8 other subtools present) the viewport gets really laggy. Any help appreciated, thanks :slight_smile: :+1:
