textures/uv information for 3.5?

Can anyone point me in the direction of some tutorials/documentation on how to go about doing uv’s and/or textures in zbrush? It seems everything I’m coming across is for 3.1, which makes sense, but unfortunately it seems a lot has changed as it relates to these topics in the upgrade.

Also, is there a way to color-pick from your model while polypainting? Seems that would be useful so you don’t have to constantly guess what your last color was or try and guess the in-betweens for blending and such.

Left mouse click on the colour palette and with the mouse button kept depressed, drag your curser onto your polypainted model. This will colour pick the colour the curser is over.
