Textured model and rigging

Hi, I had no luck searching a related post for this topic:

INTRO: I made a character and divided into polygroups to paint them with different materials (group for trousers, group for shirt). Then I go to the lowest subdivision level so that I can rig it with zspheres. Then I make the rig and pose my character. Here, the original model: beforerig.jpg

IN OTHER WORDS: Details of the texture get lost after rigging, making a new adaptive skin and dividing the object again. How can I avoid this?

Also, please some tip to include the hair subtool into the rigging…
