Texture Warp After Export from Zbrush

I played around with some more zbrush. After importing to zbrush from maya, I reimported again to Zbrush I noticed the UV’s if in hi rez were kind of irregular and noticed texture warping. Are we suppose to re edit the UV’s somehow to fix the stretching? And if editing the UV’s would that affect the displacement map? Or is there another way to have 2 different set of UV’s?

It would help if you could illustrate what’s happening.
